You can adjust the sensitivity, acceleration, and DPI so it's exactly how you want it. You will gain a lot of functionality that is missing from Logitech's software, including the ability to turn any of the extra buttons into generic mouse buttons. Make sure you select "Logitech 602" NOT the "USB Receivers" in the device list. One for the keyboard functionality (which is how it sends keystrokes if you configure the buttons that way), and one for the mouse. If you are using Karabiner Elements, make sure you go to the Devices tab, and uncheck the Logitech receivers corresponding to your G602, or else Karabiner will interfere with SteerMouse.When game starts, I get a message saying gaming profile detected Insurgency then seconds after resets to default profile. To change to software profile mode, you need a working Logitech driver for Catalina.If your G602 is NOT using onboard memory, skip these steps. Your G602 must be configured to use software profiles, NOT the onboard memory of the G602. My solution to gain back full control of my G602 on Mac Catalina was to use SteerMouse. Leaving this here in case anyone else has this issue.
